Personalized Product Returns We are not responsible for any damages due to the shipping carrier, nor any shipping delays. We want your order to be made just the way you want it. Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Any mistakes due to spelling errors or incorrect information provided during checkout will not be eligible for return or replacement. Custom or personalized items may be eligible for a return only if the item is defective or damaged. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return the item in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world, with exceptions to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If you are in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas, arrangements can be made for pickup.

At Our Store, we accept all major credit cards or payments made through PayPal. Payment must be made in full before shipment. Our products are personalized according to your specific design and request. We will start production of your order upon confirmation of payment.
